Think of the wildest inspiration you possibly can for a custom bike build. Go on – anything at all. Anything. An aircraft? Done. Hot Rod? Done to death. Animals? Architecture? iPhones? Done, done and done. So what happens when you got a design from the lucky person who is the winner “SURYANATION MOTORLAND BUILD YOUR INSPIRING BIKE”?. Based on 1968 Honda S90 as a donor, the winner – Mr. Ignatius Dony gave us a brief about his design and need to do something a bit different and unique for his bike, he called the style is “Super Slim Racer”. So, today on Studio Motor, we’d like to introduce our new latest build, and for the first time we’ve got a new chance to build something different than before, please welcome THE REVOLT!.

Starting on this build, we wanted to rebuilt all engine parts and after the motor was already rebuilt and most of the parts were in awesome shape so we had a great starting point. The shopping list started with all the items Ignatius Donny needed to upgrade the bikes handling according to his design. An alloy swing arm and YSS Z-Series for monoshock was then added to hold the rear Chemco 17X3.50 inch wheel. Like the rear, for front we used Chemco wheel 17X2.50 Inch and wrapped with Swallow tires 100/70-17 & 120/70-17 for front and rear. We changed an original front suspension with 32 mm telescopic front end and covered with custom metal handmade cover like a Girder Fork. The riding position was revised by fitting Nui clip-on bars and a set of custom mounted rear-set footpegs from Ride It. The original front brake has been changed with Nissin Master Cylinder, Nissin Caliper and a PSM disk, and at the rear we used Nissin Master Cylinder and Caliper and also PSM Disk. The original body was swapped with a handmade unit crafted from 1.2 mm galvanized plate, slim gastank, slim seat and rear fender along fitted in original Honda S90 monocoque frame. Finished in solid red with a SURYANATION logo at the side tank make the bike looks more catchy and out of the box.


Finally it was all done and ready to be shipped to the winner. We agree this is nothing the best, but we can assume that we have done with this Kei Bike. Let’s ride THE REVOLT!.
